- Acca
- Short for accumulator, a single bet that links multiple selections; all must win for the bet to pay out.
- Anytime Goalscorer
- A bet on a player scoring at any point during the match.
- Arbitrage
- Placing bets on all possible outcomes of an event across different bookmakers to guarantee a profit.
- Asian Handicap
- A type of bet that gives a virtual advantage or disadvantage to a team to even out the match, eliminating the draw option.
- Bankroll
- The total amount of money set aside for betting.
- Bookmaker Margin
- The built-in profit margin a bookmaker includes in the odds, expressed as a percentage.
- Both Teams to Score (BTTS)
- A bet on whether both teams will score at least one goal during the match.
- Cash Out
- A feature that lets you settle a bet before the event ends, locking in a profit or loss.
- Double Chance
- A bet covering two of the three possible outcomes (win/draw/win) in a match.
- Draw No Bet
- A bet that returns your stake if the match ends in a draw; you win if your chosen team wins.
- Favorite
- The team or player expected to win a match.
- First Goalscorer
- A bet on which player will score the first goal in the match.
- Half-time/Full-time
- A bet predicting the result at both half‑time and full‑time of a match.
- Handicap
- A fictional advantage or disadvantage given to a team to balance the match for betting purposes.
- In-play
- Same as live betting, referring to odds offered during the game.
- Live Betting
- Placing bets on events while the match is in progress.
- Odds Comparison
- Checking the odds offered by different bookmakers to find the best value.
- Over/Under
- A bet on whether the total number of goals scored in a match will be more or less than a set number.
- Parlay
- A bet that combines two or more selections; all must win for a payout, with higher odds than single bets.
- Scorecast
- A bet that combines predicting the first goalscorer and the exact final score of the match.
- Stake
- The amount of money you place on a bet.
- Total Goals
- A bet on the overall number of goals scored in a match, often expressed as a line like 2.5.
- Underdog
- The team or player expected to lose a match.
- Value Bet
- A bet where the odds offered are higher than the true probability of the outcome, giving an expected positive return.
